"Foreigner's permanent residence permit" is a legal identity document for foreigners with permanent residence qualification in China to stay in China, which can be used alone. It is popularly known as "China green card".

"China permanent residence" is a legal identity document for foreigners to stay permanently in China. In principle, they enjoy the same rights as Chinese citizens. They can stay in China without restriction, have free employment, participate in social security, handle provident fund, purchase self use and self occupied commercial housing in China, and their children can enjoy compulsory education in China.

The application channels cover five categories: husband and wife reunion, parent-child reunion, relatives' affiliation, employees, investment and entrepreneurship. According to different situations of customers, the scheme is customized and approved as soon as possible.

Application conditions of China green card: (investment / talent introduction / reunion / investment)

1. The spouse of a Chinese citizen or a foreigner who has obtained permanent residence in China, who has been in China for more than five years, has been in China continuously for more than five years, has stayed in China for no less than nine months each year, and has a stable living security and residence.

2. If unmarried children under the age of 18 turn to their parents, their parents have a green card of the local country when the child is born.

3. Those who have no lineal relatives abroad, who have joined in China's lineal relatives, and who have reached the age of 60, have resided in China for five consecutive years, have resided in China for no less than nine months each year, and have a stable living security and residence.

4. Direct investment in China, stable investment for three consecutive years and good tax records;

5. Having served as deputy general manager, deputy factory director or above in China, or having associate professor, associate researcher and other senior titles or above and enjoying the same treatment, having been in China for at least four consecutive years, having resided in China for at least three years, and having a good tax record.

6. Those who have made significant and outstanding contributions to China and have special needs of the state;

7. Spouses of the persons referred to in items 4, 5 and 6 above and their unmarried children under the age of 18.
