Visa is a kind of license issued by the authorized authority of a country's government for foreigners applying for entry, exit or transit in accordance with its own laws and regulations.
According to international law and international practice, any sovereign country has the right to decide whether to allow foreigners to enter or leave its country (border), issue visa, refuse to issue visa or cancel visa already issued according to its own law.
In accordance with the law and relevant regulations, the Chinese visa authorities decide on the types, frequency, validity and duration of visa issuance, and have the right to refuse the visa application of the party concerned or revoke the visa already issued.
l Issuing authority
The embassies and consulates of the people's Republic of China or other agencies abroad entrusted by the Ministry of foreign affairs are responsible for issuing entry visa for foreigners abroad.
